During the FTC 2022–2023 Power Play season, I mentored a brand-new all-girls robotics team (Team 21595) through hands-on workshops in linear algebra, control theory, computer vision, and collaborative software engineering. Over eight months, they learned to build a competition-ready robot, tune PID loops, and deploy vision pipelines, all while mastering Git workflows and Java subsystems.
