Over the years I’ve blended hands-on service with strategic planning, mentorship, and community building to amplify impact across healthcare, social services, STEM outreach, and student organizations.

Volunteer & Service Roles

• Emergency, Patient Support, and Site Wayfinder Volunteer, Alberta Health Services.

  • Provided clear and accurate directions to patients, visitors, and staff within the Hospital Setting.
  • Utilized strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse population, including patients, visitors, and health professionals.

• Shelter Helper, The Mustard Seed.

  • Managed the distribution of clothing and hygiene products to individuals in need.
  • Managed personal locker access, ensuring the security and organization of resident belongings.

Mentorship & STEM Outreach

• FIRST Robotics Mentor, Calgary Board of Education.

  • Mentored a new all-girls robotics team on the foundations of robotics, this included a treatment on mathematics, computer science, and the art of programming.
  • Taught essential mathematics for robotics, covering topics such as Linear Algebra, Control Theory, Color Space Theory, and Trigonometry.
  • Developed goal-oriented programs tailored to meet seasonal requirements, ensuring students were well-prepared for the competitive events.

• Children’s Ministry Teacher, Winner’s Chapel International Calgary.

  • Provided spiritual guidance and education of the Christian faith to children, fostering their understanding of faith and morals.
  • Designed and implemented various programs and activities to enhance children’s spiritual growth in interactive sessions.

Organizational Leadership

• District Committee Chair & Senior VP, Rotary District 5360 & Rotaract UCalgary.

  • Coordinated district-wide initiatives and projects, fostering collaboration and engagement among Rotaract clubs.
  • Developed and implemented strategic plans to enhance the impact and reach of Rotaract activities.

• Vice President, Academic & Workshop Executive, AI Club, University of Calgary

  • Facilitated and conducted workshops (from theory to practice) on various topics related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applications in computational chemistry & Robotics.
  • Gathered feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of the workshops, developed strategies for improvement.
